I learned the hard way that the software will only work if your C: drive is your system partition. If not, it will fail when you start it up. Unfortunately, unlike more than 99% of the software available for PCs, this software won’t let you choose where to install it; instead, it automatically installs itself on your system partition.

While this won’t be an issue for most home PC users, it was for me. Hopefully this review will help others who have the same problem.

Nice BP Meter, Software Need Work
The meter is very nice and seems reliable. The software is ok but lacks some features. There’s no way to input readings taken manually using another meter. You can only import this unit’s patient files. You can export to CSV, but you can’t import a CSV. Installing on a Vista system was problematic.
