Not worth the money – higher tech snake oil
Doesn’t work any miracles, but it provides a nice, soothing break. Allow me to save you a couple hundred dollars: learn to count your breaths–breathe in to 4-6 beats. Exhale for 10-15 seconds. Do this for 20 minutes and it can lower your blood pressure maybe 10 points (on top). But drop it below 120/80? I haven’t experienced that.

Resperate
The product did help lower my blood pressure but when I told my doctor he didnt want me using it because I have an irregular heartbeat.

DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY ON THIS PIECE OF …..
the meter didnt work, nor did the pump… if I could give it less than one star I would. This bad and cheap product interupted my nursing course.

 Fell apart quickly
Mine worked okay, but the stitching on the little band (that holds the gauge) broke after 20-30 uses.

Nice device!

This is a nice device and consistently accurate. I have not used the available memory feature on this device. The nylon carrying case is the perfect size to tuck away after use. Overall a great device for the price.

 Good Product

Had a conventional type monitor and decided to try the auto-inflate type. Am well pleased with the unit and how it performs. For the money, it is a good value.

piece of junk
This item is useless. Readings are inaccurate and frightening if you have high blood pressure already. I purchased this for my husband to monitor his high blood pressure and the readings were all over the place and not once was it accurate. He took it with him on his most recent Dr’s visit to ask the Dr. if he was using it correctly and the Dr. said it was a useless piece of junk and to throw it away. Need I say more ? Don’t waste your money.

Wouldn’t recommend
I purchased item so I could keep a record of my Blood pressure, this product never gave the same reading twice even with taking my pressure 10 times in an hour! I did this off an on for several days and finally gave up on getting a reading worth using…. I would not recommend this item an have returned mine.
