For some reason it works better than my calf digital (omron too). It’s more accurate and more consistent. Maybe not for all, but the positioning feature works great. I think someone must follow closely the directions given on how to measure blood pressure before passing judgement. You MUST be rested and with this you MUST be in a seated position, not laid back on a counch but standing well. Avoid loud surrounding noises (including music & tv) and you will have an accurate reading. Very handy to travel with.
